Photography is how I notice details.

I like clean images that feel natural but intentional: portraits, places, cars, travel moments, and small scenes that would be easy to miss.

Composition changes how a moment feels.

Photography makes me slow down and pay attention to framing, light, proportion, texture, and color. It is creative, but it is also technical: small decisions can completely change the final image.

This page can eventually become a gallery with travel shots, portraits, car photos, city scenes, and short notes about what I was trying to capture.

01 / Visual Style & Photographic Discipline

Pillars of Composition & Exposure

Photography combines precise optical geometry, sensor dynamic range, and intentional storytelling.

01. Optical Separation

Fast Prime Lenses

Utilizing f/1.4 - f/1.8 prime focal lengths (35mm / 85mm) to isolate subjects with smooth background bokeh.

02. Color Grading

Cinematic Curves

Tuning tone curves, shadow tinting, and highlight roll-off in Lightroom to create cohesive visual moods.

03. Geometry & Light

Street Symmetry

Framing natural architecture, shadow angles, and candid moments in urban environments.

“A great photograph isn't just about sharp glass and high megapixels—it's knowing where to position yourself so the light tells an authentic story.”
02 / Camera Systems & Post-Processing

Key Dimensions of Visual Storytelling

Camera Gear & Optics

  • Full-Frame Sensors: Appreciating RAW file latitude, shadow recovery, and low-light performance.
  • Tactile Control: Operating manual dials for shutter speed and aperture feel.

Color & Curation

  • HSL Palette Tuning: Muting distracting background saturation to emphasize focal subjects.
  • Library Archiving: Categorizing travel and street series with structured metadata.

Photography Portfolio & Print Roadmap

Future plans include building a dedicated lightbox photo gallery, printing physical photo zines, and releasing curated travel series.
